feature · Lindsay KerrAre Wigram's days numbered?
Lindsay Kerr writes that the Lady Wigram Trophy, now over 40 years old, may lose its home as the Government closes the air base, a loss that was felt in 1989-90 when the base was shut for runway construction. Ruapuna is described as a fine facility but with no history. He notes overseas entries for the January 1993 Peter Jackson series are shrouded in secrecy since the series promotion returned from Global Sports to the Motorsport Association.
