Car-Racing
Sir.—Today, more than ever, we
are getting perturbed over саг
accidents the road. Speed
without a doubt is the main factor.
To issue permits for car racing
is sheer stupidity. There are
enough tragedies in our own country without oversea news. Reliability trials and hill climbing in order to test out
quite
drivers and cars. Those associations asking for more speed for
road travel ought to remember
nur roads are not built for speed
Too many drivers take the corners
and bends without slowing up
They end up over the bank, often
times with a tragedy.-Yours, etc..
